新男人的日常记录保存在 App 的本机目录。我们没有账号系统、广告、追踪 SDK 或用于存放应用记录的开发者服务器。Apple 健康、照片和通知均按用途由你选择。
01本机保存的资料
App 在本机保存你填写的称呼、语言与触感等偏好、日课目标、身高体重等个人计划资料，以及饮水、运动、饮食、护肤、睡眠、心情、日志和你选择的照片。内置篇章的收藏与研读状态也留在本机。这些资料用于显示你的记录和生成个人日常参考，不会自动发送给开发者或其他用户。
02Apple 健康：可选、只读
只有你主动连接睡眠时，App 才请求读取睡眠；身高与体重在你主动选择导入身体资料时单独请求。导入页面先显示可读到的资料和日期，由你确认后用于计划。App 不请求写入健康记录，不读取临床病历，也不会把手动填写的数据写入 Apple 健康。
健康数据只在本机用于睡眠时长与印记、身体资料和个人计划，不用于广告或营销。没有可读取的睡眠，仍可手动记录；手动来源会清楚标明。七小时是 App 的时长参考，不是对睡眠质量的诊断。
你可以在 Apple 健康的应用数据访问设置中调整授权，也可以在 App“个人设置 → Apple 健康与睡眠”中停止读取并移除 App 导入的健康睡眠副本。Apple 健康中的原记录不会被更改。
03照片与相机
只有主动选择的照片会被复制到 App 本机目录。系统照片选择器让你选择具体照片；App 不自动扫描整个相册。使用相机时会申请相机权限。制作画报时，可自行决定是否加入当天照片和日志句子。
只有你选择保存画报到相册时，App 才请求添加照片权限。原照片与手动导出的画报由系统相册或文件管理；其后是否同步由你的系统设置决定。
04一次性购买与恢复
App 免费下载，首次引导后需要通过 Apple 的非消耗型内购一次性解锁才能开始使用。没有订阅或自动续费。App 使用 Apple 验证的购买凭证确认永久使用权；购买和恢复需要网络，不需要创建 App 账号。
支付由 Apple 处理。App 不接收你的银行卡资料、Apple 账户密码或验证码。交易取消不会删除生活记录；退款或撤销会按 Apple 凭证反映到访问权。
05本地提醒
每日提醒是可选的。只有启用提醒并保存设置时，App 才申请通知权限。提醒由 iPhone 本地安排，不通过开发者服务器推送，可以在 App 或系统通知设置中关闭。
06备份、导出与保存时间
App 不提供开发者云同步。本机目录设置为排除系统备份，默认导出的备份不包含 Apple 健康睡眠副本，也会移除从健康导入的原始身高与体重；手动生活记录和当前照片可包含在备份中。健康睡眠不会出现在画报中。
只有你主动导出时，App 才交给系统相册或文件保存；保存位置及同步由你和系统决定。恢复备份会替换现有记录，导出的文件由你自行保管。
本机资料保留在 App 目录中供你持续使用。删除 App 会删除本机目录；单独导出的照片和备份仍需在其保存位置自行删除。重新安装可恢复符合条件的 Apple 购买，生活记录不会自动恢复，需你选择已有备份。
07公开网页、外部出处与邮件
本网站提供静态产品、隐私和支持页面，没有广告、分析脚本、登录、用户上传表单或 App 记录接口。网页托管服务可能为提供页面和保障运行处理必要的网络请求信息；这不代表 App 上传你的生活或健康记录。
只有主动打开文章的外部出处时才访问第三方网站，其内容与隐私规则由该网站负责。联系支持时，你主动发送的邮件地址、邮件内容和附件会交给邮箱服务和开发者用于回应请求；请仅提供解决问题所需的信息。
08适用范围与联系
App 是日常记录与自我照顾工具，不是医疗诊断或治疗服务。自动热量估算适用于成年人；目标、练习与护理应结合实际情况调整。App 不开展健康研究，也不出售用户记录。

Your records, in your hands.
Newman's daily records stay in the app's directory on your device. There is no app account system, advertising, tracking SDK or developer server for app records. Health, photographs and notifications are your choices.
01Information on your device
The app stores the name you enter, language and haptic preferences, ritual goals, personal-plan details such as height and weight, and your hydration, movement, food, skin care, sleep, mood, journal and selected photos. Bookmarks and reading status also stay on your device. These details display your records and provide personal daily references; they are not automatically sent to the developer or other users.
02Apple Health: optional and read-only
Sleep access is requested only when you choose to connect sleep. Height and weight are requested separately when you choose to import body measurements. You review available values and dates, then confirm their use. The app does not request Health write access, read clinical records or write manual entries to Apple Health.
Health information is used locally for sleep duration, imprints, body details and personal plans, never for advertising or marketing. You can log sleep manually when no data is available; manual entries are labelled. Seven hours is an app duration reference, not a diagnosis of sleep quality.
You can change permission in Apple Health's app data-access settings. In Newman, Personal Settings → Apple Health & sleep lets you stop reading and remove this app's imported sleep copies. Original records in Apple Health remain unchanged.
03Photographs and camera
Only photos you select are copied into the app's directory. The system photo picker lets you choose specific photographs; the app does not automatically scan your library. Camera permission is requested when you use the camera. You choose whether a poster includes the day's photograph and journal line.
Permission to add photos is requested only when you save a poster to Photos. Your originals and manually exported posters remain managed by Photos or Files. Subsequent syncing follows your system settings.
04One-time purchase and restoration
The app is free to download. A one-time Apple non-consumable purchase is required after the introduction to start using it. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. The app uses Apple's verified transactions to determine lifetime access. Purchasing and restoring require a connection, without an app account.
Apple handles payment. Newman does not receive payment-card details, Apple account passwords or verification codes. Cancelling a purchase does not delete your daily records. Refunds or revocations affect access according to Apple's transactions.
05Local reminders
The daily reminder is optional. Notification permission is requested only when you enable and save it. Your iPhone schedules it locally, without developer-server push messages. You can turn it off in the app or system notification settings.
06Backups, exports and retention
The app has no developer cloud-sync service. Its local directory is excluded from system backups. Default exports omit imported Apple Health sleep and remove original height and weight imported from Health; they can include manual daily records and current photos. Posters exclude Health sleep.
Only an explicit export hands a file or image to the system. You and your system settings determine its location and syncing. Restoring a backup replaces current records, and you keep responsibility for exported files.
Local information remains in the app's directory for your use. Deleting the app deletes that directory; separately exported photos and backups must be removed from their own locations. Reinstalling can restore an eligible Apple purchase, but daily records do not return automatically: choose your existing backup to restore them.
07Public pages, references and email
This website provides static product, privacy and support pages, with no advertising, analytics scripts, login, upload form or app-record interface. Hosting infrastructure may process network-request information needed to serve and operate the pages. This does not mean the app uploads your daily or Health records.
External references are visited only when you open them; those websites manage their own content and privacy. If you contact support, the email address, message and attachments you choose to send are handled by the email service and developer to respond to the request. Include only information needed to resolve your issue.
08Scope and contact
Newman is a daily-record and self-care tool, not a medical diagnosis or treatment service. Automatic calorie estimation applies to adults; adjust references, movement and skin care to your circumstances. The app does not conduct health research or sell user records.
